This is the city that never sleeps. In this city, there are thousands of networks. In order for one network to talk to another network, there has to be a way for them to communicate. They are all connected in a WAN (wide area network). It is important for these networks to communicate with each other to keep this city and others like it going. Communication with people from around the world is essential. Being able to connect through networks is fast, easy, and inexpensive. To talk to someone in Hong Kong with out a network will be either time consuming or costly. You would either have to by a plan ticket or send information by mail.
